Fifty ASURA members attended the Spring Luncheon on April 8, 2011 at the Shalimar Golf and Country Club in Tempe. All enjoyed mingling, catching up the lives of friends and dining on a fine buffet lunch.

Jay Braun, ASU Emeritus Professor of Psychology, was the featured speaker. His topic was entitled,

Everything Is REALLY All In Your Head; (Where else could it possibly be?)

With his background in physiological psychology, Professor Braun informed and entertained the audience with research findings and interesting cases that clarified how the brain affects the body.  He even brought along a sample that everyone thought was brain … except that it was a rock from Sedona! This was a fun and informative event that all who attended seemed to thoroughly enjoy.
