First Sign in to My ASU
- Sign in to My ASU using your ASURITE User ID and password.
- Click on the Service tab at the top.
- Under "IT Services" choose "My Service Portal"
- Enter a search term in the "Search our Knowledge Articles" from the choices below
For ASU Outlook with an Outlook app on your device
- For an Android device search on KB0014080. This will lead you to an article entitled "Access Office 365 Exchange Online Account Using Microsoft Outlook App for Android".
- For an iPhone or iPad device search on KB0014153. This brings up an article entitled "Access Office 365 Exchange Account Using Outlook App for iPhone and iPad"
For ASU Outlook with an iPhone or iPad using its native email client
- Search for KB0016117. This opens an article entitled "Access Office 365 Exchange Account Using iPhone or iPad iOS Email Client"
For Gmail for ASU on any device
- Search for KB0010547 , which is entitled "Configure Gmail Clients"
- Find your particular app or device in the list, and click on it for the detailed instructions.
