If you don't think you have an ASURITE User ID or you don't remember what it is, try using the ASU Lost/Forgotten Password Recovery service. Notice that there are places to click for "Which ID number?" and "I don't know my ID number". This is also the place to go if you know your ASURITE UserID but don't remember your password.
If you're having trouble with this on-line procedure, you can contact the ASU Help Desk. Identify yourself as a retiree. It is possible that you will be asked to contact HR to verify your status as a retiree before proceeding.
